Bressnik's 1210

Ein auf den ersten Blick täuschend echter Nachbau des DJ-Sets schlechthin: zwei Technics SL-1210 Plattenspieler und ein Mischpult (nach der Phantasie); aber leicht vergrößert, und aus Holz, Reisig, Baumwurzeln, Steinen, Beeren, Schwämmen und dergleichen, gefunden auf der Alm meiner Großeltern.

Auf seine Weise funktioniert das Ding. Mit der Kraft der Imagination statt mit Strom.

At first glance, a deceptively realistic model of the DJ-Set per se: two Technics SL-1210 Turntables and a mixer; but slightly enlarged and made of wood, twigs, stones, roots, berries, sponges and stuff found in the meadows and wood at my grandparent's house.

The thing functions in it's own way, with the power of imagination rather than electricity.
