Bearbeitungen - seit 2006

Für diese Arbeitsgruppe füge ich die partielle Darstellung einer Schallplatte als wesentliches gestalterisches Element in gefundene, mehr oder weniger kunstvolle Bildwerke ein.

Analog zum Begriff der „Bearbeitung“ in der Musik (etwa eines Volksmusikthemas in der klassischen Musik oder eines trivialen Schlagers im Jazz) betreibe ich damit die Veredelung von Kunsthandwerk zu Kunst

 

Adaptations - since 2006

For this work group, I combined the partial depiction of a record, as an essential structural element, into a found, more or less artistic, visual work.

Analogue to the German term 'Bearbeitung' (adaptation) in music (i.e., a theme of folk music into classical music or a trivial pop song into jazz), I refine something that is handcrafted into a piece of art.
